A soli 10 anni di età se ne è andata improvvisamente la broodmare Marsha, vincitrice delle Nunthorpe, de L'Abbaye, terza nelle King George e seconda nelle King Stand Stakes e ulteriormente famosa per essere stata acquistata dal Coolmore per la cifra monstre di 6.000.000 gns; ha prodotto una femmina da Galileo che ha debuttato finendo settima ma obiettivamente puledra tardiva, uno yearling da Frankel e un foal da un grosso stallone Juddmonte.

Nella foto la vittoria delle Nunthorpe, probabilmente la sua corsa più bella.

Debutto eccellente giovedì a Salisbury😏.

Scenderà in campo il due anni Kikkuli da Kingman e Kind sui 7f.

Immagino che a qualcuno venga in mente qualcosa.........ebbene sì, trattasi di un mezzo fratello del crack Frankel, sempre giubba Juddmonte, di cui si parla un gran bene e che pare assomigli molto al più celebre fratellastro.
Ovviamente tutti gli occhi saranno puntati su di lui, staremo a vedere;)😏.

A causa di un infortunio subìto in occasione dell'Arc de Triomphe, Westover (vincitore di due gruppi 1, Irish Derby 2022 & Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud 2023) è stato definitivamente ritirato dalle competizioni e dovrebbe intraprendere la carriera di sire.

Hollie Doyle è stata sospesa per un mese per positività ad una sostanza vietata, trovata il 31 marzo a Newcastle.
La Doyle ha successivamente dichiarato di aver utilizzato un antidolorifico a seguito dell'operazione ad un gomito a febbraio, scoprendo solo successivamente che una confezione del medicinale acquistata all'estero conteneva la sostanza proibita.
Il BHA ha accettato le giustificazioni della Doyle, ma pur riconoscendo l'involontarietà, ha dovuto applicare la pena nel rispetto della legge antidoping in vigore.
